These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Knownify (the "Service"), operated by Knownify ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Knownify generates marketing pages and runs managed SEO, AEO, and ASO growth work for apps and websites. Features depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must have the right to submit any app, website, or content you connect to the Service.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; publish spam, malware, or deceptive content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or generate content for sites you do not own or control.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and host it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful.

Generated output and no guarantees

The Service uses automated tools, including AI, to produce pages, content, and recommendations. Search and AI-citation visibility depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, impressions, or revenue. Estimates shown in the product are illustrative, not promises.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Google Search Console). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
