Knownify ("we", "us") operates knownify.com and the Knownify service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what we need to run the service.

Information we collect

• Account data. When you sign in we store your email address and a session. We use passwordless email codes — we never store a password.
• Content you provide. App store links, website URLs, domains, and related details you submit so we can generate pages and run your growth plan.
• Usage data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) to operate and improve the product.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, subscription status, and customer ID — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Cookies. A session cookie (to keep you logged in) and a language-preference cookie. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To create your designed site and run your SEO/AEO growth plan.
• To process subscriptions and send service-related email.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and analytics.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in codes).
• Google — Search Console integration (only when you connect it).
• Anthropic — AI used to design pages and content from the data you submit.

Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; we remove your data within a reasonable period except where we must retain records (e.g., tax or legal obligations).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@knownify.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypt sensitive stored credentials, restrict access, and rely on reputable infrastructure providers. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the product.
